Functional characteristics

1. Shell/lid

Performance characteristics

1. Good safety performance
No electrolyte leakage under normal use. No battery swelling and rupture

2. Good discharge performance
The discharge voltage is stable, and the discharge platform is gentle

3. Good vibration resistance
The fully charged state of the battery is completely fixed. 4mm amplitude, 16.7HZ frequency vibration 1 hour, no leakage. No battery expansion and rupture. Open circuit voltage normal

4. Good impact resistance
The battery in the fully charged state naturally falls from a height of 20cm to a 1cm thick hardwood board 3 times without leakage. No expansion and rupture of battery, normal open circuit voltage

5. Good resistance to over discharge
25 ℃. The battery in the fully charged state is discharged at constant resistance for 3 weeks (the resistance value is equivalent to the resistance required for 1CA discharge of the battery) and the recovery capacity is above 75%

6. Good overcharge resistance at 25 ℃, 0.1CA charging of the fully charged battery for 48 hours, no leakage, no battery expansion and breakage, normal open circuit voltage, and capacity maintenance rate above 95%

7. Good resistance to large current
The battery in the fully charged state is discharged 2CA for 5 minutes or 10CA for 5 seconds, no conductive part is blown, and no appearance deformation
