Laser machine voltage anomaly causes shutdown

Since March of this year, the Mitsubishi laser workshop has experienced occasional equipment shutdowns. Each time, the alarm "0007" is triggered, indicating that the system detected a commercial power outage lasting for a certain duration, prompting the equipment to shut down automatically. However, in reality, there was no actual power failure—when power was restored, all other Mitsubishi lasers in the same electrical panel circuit continued to operate normally. The manufacturer attributes the issue to problems with the power supply, citing the clear alarm message. Meanwhile, the user claims the problem lies with the equipment itself, noting that the same power source is perfectly fine for other devices in the facility. As the root cause remains unresolved, a significant number of products have been scrapped, severely disrupting production schedules—and yet, the real issue continues to elude discovery.
